The problem

The school ran on several tools that did not talk to each other: a booking service, a cloud database, chat bots and a separate site for homework.

A student’s lessons, payments and homework sat in different places, and every new rule had to be repeated in each of them.

What we kept

The school’s brand: its typeface and Atti, the AI character students already know from the app.

The school’s data: lessons, packages and homework move over from the old systems, so nobody starts again from zero.

The school’s rules, written into the core of the system: how lessons are counted, frozen and rescheduled up to four hours before. Each rule carries the date it applies from, so a change never rewrites the past.

What we built: one place for everyone

Students book and pay by card, join the video lesson and hand in homework. Teachers see their day, write lesson summaries and check homework. Managers run the schedule, trial lessons and support. Company HR sees how their employees are getting on, and administrators set prices and rules.

AI helps where it saves time: it turns recorded lessons into text, drafts lesson summaries for the teacher to check, and answers students’ questions about schedule and payment. Staff sign in with a second factor, and actions with money ask them to confirm with a fresh code.

How it was made

Designed and built by one person from the school working with AI, without a separate development team: every screen drawn first, then the code, with every rule covered by a test.

Status: in testing with the school’s team, October 2026.
